Using Information Technology and Internet is one of the main ways for developing backward countries and is a method for reducing economical gap between modern and under development countries.

ICT Ministry Public Relations; Engineer Ali Hakim Javadi with saying this in the in the specialized, technical and Communicative Congress of Electronic Trading and Economy, added: the communications and Information Technology Revolution have had great effects on human beings life and today with connecting the world via networks, the length and location dimensions are meaningless.
He with pointing this congress holding trend, added: this congress is the second one out of the 7 lateral Electronic Trading and Economy congresses and is held by creation of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and after enactment by FAVA Management Workgroup.
The head of specialized, technical and Communicative Congress of Electronic Trading and Economy asserted that: the main purpose of holding this congress is identifying current structure and desirable technical and communicative circumstances on electronic economy and trade scope, analyzing and identifying the current gap and reaching desirable point and drawing the necessary structure road map.
Hakim Javadi mentioned that, identifying communicative and technical requirements, facilities, capacities and limitations are the other topics of this congress and will be discussed and investigated with cooperation of governmental section, private sectors, specialists and universities experts.
He continued: investigating technical and communicative infrastructures, strategic matters of electronic trade scope and successful and functional experiences in this zone are some of the topics that will be analyzed and evaluated by the experts and specialists in these sittings.
The deputy of ICT minister declared that after investigations and analyses made by scientific committee, 12 papers from the total 100 papers delivered to the congress secretary office, are selected and will be presented in this congress.
